Transcription: The Premium Membership So for all premium tutors, this is just a video to talk to you about how the membership works. So if you want to upgrade from a basic package to a premium package, you’ll need to upgrade through the link on the tutor page on the platform, and that will take you to fill in your direct debit details. The payment will come out of your account five days after you have filled in your direct debit details, but you will have access to the platform as soon as you have upgraded and filled that in. There is a 14-day cooling off period so within 14 days. If you wish to cancel your direct debit, you will be able to and are entitled to a full refund. However, after 14 days, you will not be. Transcription: Direct Debit The direct debit will come out on the same day every single month. So it won’t necessarily be the first of the month. It will be whatever day you have signed up. However, if you do wish to change the date that you want the direct debit to come out, please email info@thelearningcompass.co.uk and our finance team will be able to sort that out for you.
