Think of the bulletin a little bit like a notice board, so all learners will automatically have access to the bulletin, where they will be able to post their needs and the requirements for a specific tutor in whatever language they prefer. Premium tutors only will have access to the bulletin. They’ll be able to scroll through all of the needs and requirements and see exactly what learners are requesting. And if they can help, they will be able to message learners first. And hopefully, that is another way that learners and tutors will be able to find, find each other.
